How it works
Most children do not struggle with multiplication because it is hard. They struggle because the facts arrive in the wrong order (the 7s next to the 2s) and get memorized without a way to work them out.
This workbook teaches the easy facts first (0, 1, 2, 10, 5) and then shows how each new table leans on one already known: the 9s are ten groups minus one group, the 6s are five groups plus one more. A child who forgets 6 × 7 can still get to 42 in a few seconds.
Reviews after each group mix the old facts back in, and the timed tests turn practice into a score your child can beat next week.
