Why records go missing

Homeschool records usually live in five places: attendance in a notebook, grades in a spreadsheet, the book list on a phone, work samples in a drawer and the state paperwork in an email. Each one works until someone asks for all of them at once.

That request comes from an evaluator at the end of the year, a school district after a move, or a college when your child applies. Then the year gets rebuilt from memory, in a weekend, with gaps.

The binder keeps every record in the same order those people ask for it, so the answer is a single folder you can photocopy.

Questions

What do I get?

A 31-page PDF in US Letter size. You download it right after checkout and print it at home on regular paper. Nothing ships by mail.

Can I print it for more than one child?

Yes. Print as many copies as your own household needs, for every child and every year it fits.

Will it meet my state’s requirements?

It gives you a place for the records states usually ask for (attendance, work samples, assessments, progress), but each state is different. Check yours in our free guide to homeschool laws by state. The binder is a planning aid, not legal advice. Read the state guide.

Does it work in Canada?

Yes. The pages follow an August to July school year and the checklist uses general items, so it fits provinces too. Confirm what your province asks for.

Can I get a refund?

You keep the files the moment you download them, so all sales are final. The pages shown above are the real pages, so you can see exactly what you get before you buy. If a file will not open or a page prints wrong, email [email protected] and we will fix it or send you a new copy.
