The record behind the transcript, built a little each year.
A four-year plan, credit hours logs, a GPA worksheet, course descriptions, a school profile and a counselor letter: the pages colleges read after the transcript.

Why senior year gets hard
The transcript itself takes an afternoon. What takes weekends is what colleges ask for next: how many hours made that credit, what the course actually covered, how the grade was decided, why one class is marked Honors.
Four years later, those answers live in memory and old receipts. The kit collects them while they are fresh: two lines a week in an hours log, a course description started the week the course begins, the GPA updated each June.
By senior year the package is assembled, not rebuilt: transcript, course descriptions, school profile and counselor letter, in the order admissions offices read them.

Questions
What do I get?
An 18-page PDF in US Letter size. You download it right after checkout and print it at home, as many copies as your family needs.
How is it different from the free transcript template?
The free template is the transcript page and a blank course description. The kit is the whole record behind it: the four-year plan, hours logs, GPA worksheet with a worked example, two transcript layouts, written course description examples, the school profile, the counselor letter and the senior year checklist.
Will colleges accept a transcript I make myself?
Colleges admit homeschool students with parent-made transcripts every year. What they look for is a clear record: courses, grades, credits, a GPA with its scale, and course descriptions. Each college sets its own requirements for homeschool applicants, so check their admissions pages.
We are only in 9th grade. Is it too early?
It is the best time. The four-year plan and the hours logs are meant to be filled in as you go, so senior year is assembly instead of reconstruction.
Can I get a refund?
You keep the files the moment you download them, so all sales are final. The pages shown above are the real pages. If a file will not open or a page prints wrong, email [email protected] and we will fix it or send you a new copy.
